Terms of Service for Defendle

Welcome to Defendle, a game developed and published by Realgames UG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the game Defendle (the “Game”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Defendle. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to play.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You do not own the Game or any content within it.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game

• Exploit bugs or game mechanics

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players

• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or content

4. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Terminated accounts may forfeit all in-game progress and purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content, features, and assets, are owned by Realgames UG or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Game.

Modding is not permitted. Creating, sharing, or using modified versions of the Game is strictly prohibited.

6. Virtual Goods and Purchases

Virtual currency and items in the Game are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change item pricing or availability at any time.

7. Updates and Availability

Defendle is an evolving game that may change over time. We may update, patch, or remove features without notice. There is no guarantee of continued availability or uninterrupted access.

The Game is currently in development and may contain bugs or unfinished features. You play at your own risk. :3

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and handle your personal information. By playing the Game, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realgames UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Game.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bielefeld, Germany.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
